It All Starts with a Desire to be Involved!

The first step in becoming part of our church community is a desire to get involved. There is a wide variety of ways you can get involved with the First Baptist Church of Pigeon Forge.
Volunteering your time on behalf of serving God is a great way to feel good about yourself and get closer to God as you contribute to an organization that will welcome your efforts with open arms!

Serve in our church

Use your unique gifts to help build the Kingdom.

  • Our Senior Choir meets once each Wednesday at 6pm as we come together to practice worshiping God through song.
  • Church greeters welcome our members and visitors. They're often the first faces visitors see as they enter the church building.
  • Ushers assist in seating persons in the sanctuary and during worship by collecting our tithes and offerings. 
  • Nursery workers and Sunday School teachers teach and care for our littlest members.
  • Our International Student ministry serves local students who have come to work for the summer tourist season.

How do I volunteer?

How do I volunteer with children or youth?

All paid nursery workers must be certified in Infant/Child CPR and have a background check
and volunteers must have a background check. 

How do I volunteer with music?

Our adult (senior) choir welcomes anyone who wishes to participate in worship through music.  Whether you sing or play an instrument, your talents are welcome! Contact Linda Woodward or Shannon Whaley for more information.
