Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.

Matthew 28:19

It's time to fill a shoebox!

<-- Scan the QR code to build a shoebox online. For $25, you choose the items to go into the box and Samaritan's Purse does the rest.
You can pack a shoebox online this year! Our total goal is 130 shoeboxes (110 regular shoeboxes and 20 online).
But with your help, we can beat that goal! Click this link or the image above to visit the online build site.
Have fun choosing what items to put into the box!
Once you've made your selections, Samaritan's Purse takes care of the rest! It's that simple.

You can pick up a physical shoebox anytime from Sunday, October 6th, through November 3rd.
Physical boxes have packing lists and labels inside.
Please turn in your box by November 10.
You can drop it off at the church office during office hours or bring it to the Sunday service on November 10.

Since 1993, over 220 million boys and girls in more than 170 countries and territories have experienced God’s love through the power of simple shoebox gifts from Operation Christmas Child.
Your contributions make a real difference, and Samaritan’s Purse works tirelessly with local churches and ministry partners to deliver the gifts and share the life-changing Good News of Jesus Christ.
Mission has long been a vital part of the First Baptist Church community. Whether making quilts and blankets for survivors of local disasters or filling Christmas shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child, we are always trying to help those less fortunate -- showing them Christ's love through our actions.

Over the years, we have supplied blankets and personal care kits to the Sevier County Fires of 2016 victims. We have sent thousands of shoeboxes to other countries via Samaritan's Purse's Operation Christmas Child. We routinely assist with food and gas for those passing through our area.

We are blessed with the opportunity to minister to thousands of people as they visit Pigeon Forge and the Smokies. Many regular visitors to this area worship with us whenever they are in town. They have become part of our church family, although they live far away.
